  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 20 Ring Dips
  • 10 Muscle-ups

- Resistance Band


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: This chipper workout will test your gymnastics skills and upper body strength. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Good luck!
