  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Equipment: Slam Ball (Optional for slam ball burpees)


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
