- 50 Handstand Push-ups
- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Burpee Box Jumps
- 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)
Equipment: Dumbbell for Pistol Squats
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
