EMOM Gymnastics Medicine BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15 Wall Balls
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
Instructions:
Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. If you fail to complete the reps within the minute, rest the next minute and then continue with the workout. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
