- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)
Instructions:
Perform 5 handstand push-ups and 10 kettlebell swings at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Scale the number of reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. If unable to perform handstand push-ups, scale to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses.
