Tabata Gymnastics Wall Ball

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Wall Balls
  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Burpees over the Bar

Score: Total reps completed across all movements.


Notes: For the Tabata intervals, athletes will alternate between each movement for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Keep track of total reps completed for each movement to calculate final score. Adjust movement difficulty as needed for skill level.
