Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Ring Muscle-ups
  • Box Jumps

Score: Total reps completed across all movements.


Notes: For the Tabata intervals, athletes will perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before switching to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of total reps completed for each movement to calculate final score. Make sure to scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
