Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Box Jumps
- SkiErg


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.
- Adjust movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata.
