  • Wall Balls x 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds

Instructions:
Perform as many wall balls as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining proper form and hitting your target each round.
