Tabata Gymnastics Assault Bike

Tabata:
- Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
- Toes-to-Bar (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)


Instructions:
- Perform the Assault Bike Tabata first, followed immediately by the Toes-to-Bar Tabata.
- Score is the total number of calories on the Assault Bike and total number of Toes-to-Bar completed.
- Rest 2 minutes between Tabata intervals.
