  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of GHD Sit-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many reps of GHD sit-ups as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout and push yourself to your limits during each work interval.
