Tabata Gymnastics Assault BikeTabata:
- Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
- Toes-to-Bar (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
Instructions:
- Complete each Tabata interval before moving on to the next movement.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement combined.
- Rest 1 minute between Assault Bike and Toes-to-Bar.
