EMOM Gymnastics Stationary BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15/12 Calorie Bike
Instructions:
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each minute, then hop on the stationary bike and complete 15/12 calories before the minute is up. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 rounds. Adjust the rep scheme or calories as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
