EMOM Gymnastics Stationary BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 15/12 Calorie Bike
- Even Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
Instructions:
- Athletes will alternate between the stationary bike and toes-to-bar every minute for a total of 20 minutes.
