Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort pull-ups
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Pull-up bar


Instructions:
Perform as many pull-ups as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Aim to maintain consistent effort throughout each round and push yourself to your limit.
