Tabata Gymnastics Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • Stationary Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Handstand Push-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Instructions:
- Alternate between the stationary bike and handstand push-ups in Tabata intervals.
- Score is total reps completed for the handstand push-ups.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or hand-release push-ups as needed.
- Push hard on the bike intervals to maximize intensity.
