EMOM Gymnastics Assault BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
Instructions: Perform 10 handstand push-ups and 15 toes-to-bar at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. If you fail to complete the reps within the minute, rest the remaining time and then continue with the next set at the top of the following minute. Adjust the reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Be sure to scale movements as necessary to maintain proper form and technique.
