  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Toes-to-Bar (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Score: Total calories on Assault Bike + total reps of Toes-to-Bar


Notes: Alternate between the Assault Bike and Toes-to-Bar for each Tabata round. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata interval. Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
