  • Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Aim to complete as many reps as possible during each 20-second work interval. Rest 1 minute between rounds.


Score:
Total number of reps completed for all 8 rounds.


Notes:
Focus on maintaining good form and hitting depth on each Wall Ball rep. Push yourself during the work intervals and try to stay consistent throughout the workout.
