Tabata Gymnastics Stationary BikeTabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of max effort Handstand Push-ups
- 10 seconds rest
Equipment:
- Stationary Bike
Instructions:
Perform as many Handstand Push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before repeating for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute before moving on to the next exercise. Alternate between the Handstand Push-ups and biking for a total of 4 rounds each. Score is total number of Handstand Push-ups completed.
