Tabata Gymnastics Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Toes-to-Bar (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Instructions:
- Alternate between the Assault Bike and Toes-to-Bar for a total of 16 rounds (8 rounds of each movement).
- Go all out during the 20 seconds of work, then rest during the 10 seconds off.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout to maximize efficiency.

Total number of calories on the Assault Bike + total number of Toes-to-Bar repetitions.
