- 20 seconds of max effort pull-ups
- 10 seconds of rest
Equipment:

Instructions:
Perform as many pull-ups as possible in each 20-second interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. The goal is to maintain consistent effort and reps throughout all 8 rounds. Adjust the difficulty by using different grip variations or scaling the movement if needed.
