EMOM Gymnastics BarbellEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15 Air Squats
Instructions:
Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. If you are unable to complete the reps within the minute, rest for the remainder of that minute and then continue with the next movement on the following minute. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
Equipment:
- Barbell (optional for additional strength work after the EMOM)
