AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 30 Calorie Bike

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or sit-ups if needed.
- Choose a box height that challenges you but allows for consistent movement.
- Push the pace on the bike to accumulate as many rounds as possible in the time cap.
