- Wall for Handstand Push-ups
Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort Kettlebell Swings, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Then, perform 20 seconds of max effort Handstand Push-ups, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Alternate between the two movements for a total of 16 Tabata rounds.
Notes:
Ensure proper form and range of motion for both movements to prevent injury. Modify the Handstand Push-ups as needed to maintain safety and intensity.
