  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many Handstand Push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout and scale the movement if needed to ensure safety.
