  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Focus on consistent pacing and push yourself to keep moving through each round.
