AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 25 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 30 Double Unders

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
- Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire workout.
