AMRAP Gymnastics Wall Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Wall Balls

Notes:
- Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a challenging wall ball weight that allows for unbroken sets in the beginning, but may need to be broken up as fatigue sets in.
