  • Medicine Ball Sit-ups
  • Medicine Ball Russian Twists
  • Medicine Ball V-ups
  • Medicine Ball Plank Taps

Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Rest 1 minute between movements.
