AMRAP Gymnastics Dumbbell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to maintain proper form on the gymnastics movements to avoid injury.
