EMOM Gymnastics Wall Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Wall Balls
- 5 Toes-to-Bar


Instructions:
Perform 10 Wall Balls and 5 Toes-to-Bar at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. If you fail to complete the reps within the minute, rest for the remainder of that minute and continue with the next set on the following minute. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.
