Tabata Gymnastics Barbell

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
    • Pull-ups
    • Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Pull-up bar
- Wall for handstand push-ups


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of pull-ups in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for 8 rounds. Follow the same format for handstand push-ups. Aim to maintain consistent effort throughout each round.
