Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and 20 wall balls. Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses, and scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed. Keep a steady pace and push through the burn for the full duration of the workout.
