AMRAP Gymnastics Wall BallAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- 25 Double Unders
Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or hand-release push-ups as needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Aim for consistent pacing and try to push through each round without long breaks.
