Tabata Gymnastics Barbell

Tabata:


  • Handstand push-ups
  • Toes-to-bar
  • Ring muscle-ups
  • Burpees

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, alternating between the four movements for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes total). Rest 1 minute between each movement.


Equipment:
- Barbell
- Rings

This workout is designed to challenge your gymnastics skills and endurance. Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.
