Tabata Gymnastics Bench

  • 8 rounds of:
    • Handstand Push-ups
    • Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Handstand Push-ups and Toes-to-Bar for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement). Score is the total number of reps completed for each movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. Adjust movement variations as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
