AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 250m SkiErg

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups if necessary.
- Choose a box jump height that challenges you but allows for quick, consistent reps.
- Push the pace on the SkiErg to maximize rounds completed within the time cap.
