AMRAP Gymnastics DumbbellAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving during the entire time cap.
