  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15/12 Calorie SkiErg

Instructions:
Perform 10 toes-to-bar at the start of each minute, then hop on the SkiErg and complete 15/12 calories. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.


Notes:
This workout will challenge your grip strength, core stability, and cardiovascular endurance. Scale the number of toes-to-bar if needed to maintain technique throughout the workout.
