- 50 Toes-to-Bar
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs

- Slam Ball (20/15 lbs)


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
