EMOM Gymnastics Assault Bike

EMOM for 15 minutes:
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15/12 Calorie Assault Bike


Instructions:
- Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each minute, then hop on the Assault Bike and complete 15/12 calories before the minute is up. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 15 minutes.


Notes:
- Scale the number of Toes-to-Bar as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Adjust the calorie count on the Assault Bike based on individual fitness levels.
