  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 50 Toes-to-Bar
  • 50 Box Jumps

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and range of motion. Focus on quality of movement over speed to prevent burnout.
