AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 25 Air Squats
  • 30 Calorie Assault Bike

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the handstand push-ups to hand-release push-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace on the Assault Bike to maximize rounds completed.
