AMRAP Gymnastics Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols
  • 25 Double-unders

Equipment:
- Slam Ball (Choose a weight that allows for unbroken sets)
- AbMat (for scaling handstand push-ups)
- Pull-up bar (for scaling toes-to-bar)


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the gymnastics movements. Scale as needed to maintain intensity and range of motion.
