    • Max Reps Bench Dips
    • 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
Perform as many reps of bench dips as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Complete 8 total rounds. Score is total number of reps completed. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
