- Immediately transition to Handstand Push-ups and perform 20 seconds of max effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total calories on the Assault Bike and total reps of Handstand Push-ups combined.
- Scale handstand push-ups as needed with pike push-ups or dumbbell presses.
- Aim to push the pace on the bike and maintain consistent reps on the handstand push-ups throughout the workout.
- Have fun and push yourself to your limits!
