- Odd minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even minutes: 15 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Complete 10 Toes-to-Bar on the odd minutes and 15 Handstand Push-ups on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to ensure you can complete the movements within each minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute if you finish the reps early.
