Tabata Gymnastics Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
- Perform as many Handstand Push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before repeating for a total of 8 rounds.
- After completing the Tabata, immediately hop on the stationary bike for a 5-minute cool down ride at an easy pace to flush out your muscles.
