Tabata Gymnastics Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
Perform as many Handstand Push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. After completing the Tabata, immediately hop on the stationary bike and pedal at a moderate pace for 5 minutes to cool down.
